For your privacy and peace of mind, we do not share your information with any other party. It is our policy to take reasonable measures to ensure your privacy, such as not disclosing the contents of our communications unless required to do so by law, or in the good faith belief that such action is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process. As such, we will not disclose customer information to any outside organizations without prior consent from the customer. That said, we may email you to share new products, features, or special promotions.
Orders placed from Monday through Friday before 12 p.m. CDT will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 72 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 12 p.m. CDT will be processed on the next business day and will ship within 72 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 12 p.m. CDT will begin processing on the following Monday.
Package Damage & Issues
All packages are insured with their carrier. Should your order arrive damaged, broken, or opened, the delivery driver must mark this on the delivery sheet before you sign as having received the shipment. From there, you must immediately file a claim with the carrier and retain the merchandise and packaging for inspection, as you cannot recover for damage without these items.
We package our items very carefully; however, some smaller items can go unnoticed between the packaging materials. It's important for you to check immediately that you received all the items listed as shipped on your packaging slip before discarding packaging. If, for some reason, you see that an item and/or items are missing, call us within five days of delivery to file a claim.
Shipping & Delivery
Most orders are shipped with USPS Priority Ground Mail unless UPS or FEDEX are required or requested. Delivery times do not include Sundays or holidays. Additionally, shipping charges may change without notice. If shipping costs are more than quoted by our website, we will contact you with the correct shipping amount.
If you refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping costs, along with any duties, taxes, and/or charges incurred on the package, including return shipment. Once your order is returned, this amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Returns & Replacements
Due to nature of our products, and merchandise, all sales are final and no returns are accepted, unless prior authorization has been given. All claims must be made within 5 days from receipt of order, and there is a 10% restocking charge on each order unless fault or error is ours. Additionally, we do not refund shipping fees until the error was on our end. We ask that you open your parcels immediately and inspect for damage or shortages. Orders canceled while they're still being processed are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
